Fine Art of Karen Santucci

I paint and draw pet portraits, people portraits, still lifes, botany, and landscapes.

 

I attended various schools such as the American Academy of Art, Chicago; Loyola University, Chicago; School of Representation Art, Chicago; Neo-Medici, Monflanquin, France; Northern Illinois University ("NIU"), Dekalb; and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago ("SAIC").

 

I received my BFA at SAIC, and am a graduate student at NIU.

 

I've exhibited worldwide and have been featured on Comcast's "Artist to Artist" program hosted by Enid Silverman. I've donated art to Art Against Aids through Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago and won First Place.

 

My work has been published in the July/August 2010 issue of Artist's Maqazine and was also featured in Best of America Oil Artists Vol 2 by Kennedy Publishing.
