 about

My paintings explore the interplay of color, form, and emotion through bold and vibrant compositions. Drawing from nature's rhythms and subtle energy, I layer paint with intuitive gestures and textured marks to evoke movement, harmony and vitality.  My goal is to create pieces that resonate personally with each viewer, transforming spaces with color and presence while offering an invitation to an emotional connection.  Art, for me, is a bridge between the inner world and the external one, a quiet conversation carried through shadow, light, pigment and form.

I received my BFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and, as a graduate student of Northern Illinois, I attended atelier Neo-Medici in Monflanquin, France under the tutelage of world renowned artist, Patrick Betaudier. I've also taken art classes at The School of Representational Art under Bruno Surdo, the American Academy of Art, and Loyola University.
